Welcome to your Body Sensing Meditation for Deep Rest and Relaxation


In this 15 minute meditation you’ll be introduced to the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra. In particular, focusing on your heart felt desires, body sensing and resting in awareness.


During the practice, you will be invited to rotate attention throughout your body in a particular order (related to the sensory-motor cortex of your brain) as a way to induce a profound sense of relaxation in your body and mind. With regular practise you’ll find that the relaxation response deepens and becomes more integrated into your daily life.
