Release Back Tension, Stiffness & Pain - Hanna Somatics Workshop
When the back muscles become habitually tight, it creates excess tension & stiffness that over time can lead to a sore, painful back.
Come along and learn how to release & relax the back muscles from head to tail, restoring a natural suppleness and fluidity that allows you to move with greater ease. These movements are also a wonderful way to prevent stiffness occurring in the first place.

Who is this workshop suitable for?
For anyone experiencing chronic muscle tension, stiffness and pain in the back or would like to prevent it occurring. If you love the idea of learning how to release your own back stiffness and restore suppleness and freedom of movement through gentle mindful floor based movements.
This workshop will be limited to 8 participants. You are warmly invited to attend.
What do I need to bring?
A yoga mat (or you are welcome to hire one for £1), comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in.
